“Great service from Kate. My order dispatch email didn’t arrive, Kate checked and sent the order out immediately with next day delivery and refunded postage. Fairy lights, as usual, are beautiful.”

“I have being buying this brand of fairy lights for years now and I love them! I also love the new LED lights, much safer and give a lovely glow. Bit disappointed that you now have to buy the wall plug separately though at the price the lights already cost, I feel it should be included. I will continue using however as the lights themselves are beautiful.”

Dear Katie, Thank you for your thoughtful post. I am so glad you love our lights - thank you so much for being such a loyal customer over the years too. The new LED cable comes with a usb port and without a plug because when we launched it, a lot of customers already had spare mobile phone charger plugs they could use with it that we opted to sell the plug separately. “I absolutely love my rainbow fairy lights set. I was a bit worried about fitting the delicate lampshades onto the cable and bulbs myself, but once I'd mastered the first few the rest were easy enough. I'd definitely buy from Cable & Cotton again!”

“Service excellent. As we ordered a standard set of lights we had expected these to be made up for the price rather than have to "do it yourself" which is rather daunting and I have yet to complete so aren't enjoying my lights yet!”

“Order was with me really quickly, all packaged carefully and beautifully presented. Our lights took less than half an hour to put together and they look gorgeous and have enhanced our dining room and playroom with their beautiful glow. “I love this company! They sell great products and follow William Morris’s wise words ... “don’t have anything in your house that isn’t beautiful & useful”! Light can change a room or garden ... and cable & cotton have just the right products to do this. Their products might cost a bit more than other on line companies but they are absolutely worth it. My final praise is to Kate at customer services. She is so helpful and a joy to talk to. To have a company selling such fab products that you can actually phone and get through to and get really useful advice is v special these days Also ... long live small companies!! Now ... I need to get back to my garden and sit under the stars with my moon lights from cable and cotton to light the way !”
