Absolutely shocking service from the very beginning through to receiving the wrong bearings. Rude and obnoxious people not at all helpful. My company had late handover fees because we couldn't get the job done on time because they sent the incorrect bearings.

Placed order on 10 September 7.30am. Order processed and dispatched only 13 Sep Friday! And it said on site if orders placed before 4.00pm it will be processed same day. And now, week later after order has been placed, I haven’t received any notification on dispatch or when item due to be delivered. Poor show guys! It shouldn’t take 3 days to process order.

Terrible seller !!!! They sent me the wrong product and when I asked to change it, they didn't respond to my MAils. And the online photos are not true. Other customers have had this problem ... read the reviews. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I strongly advise against it.

I placed an order on 6/18/19 and it is now 7/2/19. I have emailed and did everything I can to find my order and they have not responded or even attempted to respond. I have to do a charge back now for my money. This is crazy. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM! REPLY to your last response: So you mean to tell me that I have been emailing you and emailing you and you STILL have not responded to not one of my emails but you respond to an REVIEW. GOOD JOB ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! YES I PICKED STANDARD USPS SHIPPING. STANDARD USPS SHIPPING STILL DOES NOT TAKE 15 DAYS. RATHER YOU RESPONDING DEFENSIVELY ...DONT YOU THINK IT WOULD BE IN BETTER TASTE TO TO TELL ME WHERE MY PACKAGE IS? TELL ME WHAT DAY IT SHIPPED OUT? GIVE ME SOME SORT OF TIME FRAME FOR DELIVERY? ON YOUR WEBSITE YOU HAVE "NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGG" THAT BREAKS DOWN SHIPPING TIME. ALL I KNOW IS THAT MY ORDER WAS PLACED ON 6/18 AND WAS COMPLETED ON 6/18. Dear Kelli Very sorry for our delay, I'm a little confused as to why you would do a charge back, our webshop system automatically sends you an email informing you of:- 1. Receipt of your order 2. When your order is completed and despatched along with an attached invoice Your parcel was sent out standard post as per your order (2 packets) Please allow a little longer than normal for post deliveries from the UK to the USA Once again really sorry for any inconvenience caused Kind Regards Bearing Team

Dear Kelli All your points have been taken on board and some changes will be made to our standard USA post option making it more clear as to roughly how long it will take, I did think that out of the two shipping options we offered for the USA one being FedEx priority and the other standard post tracking unavailable it was self explanatory that one was far superior than the other Re your packages I can't tell you where they are as mentioned above we can't track standard post items, we can only track FedEx Priority I understand your frustration and sorry that you think my response was defensive, it's now midnight here in the UK and I'm responding to you so I would hardly say my company has an issue, I currently have just two people in my office and that includes me due to holidays etc The company we use for all of our post items is https://www.royalmail.com/ they have more info here on international packets https://www.royalmail.com/business/services/sending/parcels-worldwide Royal Mail state 7-10 working days for standard post, your order was sent as per your despatch email on the 21st (once again sorry for the delay) i'm very sorry but other than give you this information I stuck Kind Regards Mark King Director

I ordered an item, but I wanted to cancel items. So I wrote down the cancel enquiry through their contact page. (never answered) After that, I haven't gotten the package. Surprisingly, I haven't refunded as well. So, I asked them again, but they never answered. Really annoying and bad communication it is. Impossible communication.

Dear Philip Your belts left us on the 10th FREE 2nd class as per your order, you should receive anytime now At the moment we subcontract all of our 2nd class post with UK Mail (DHL), this service will stop at the end of this month and we will go back to using Royal Mail direct, we've tried UK Mail now with this service option for a few months and it's clearly not working as well as we'd like it too Very sorry for any inconvenience caused Regards Bearing King Team

ordered the bearing 02/05 at 3pm,invoice stated order before 4pm it will be sent out same day.today is the 09/05 still not recieved the bearing

(order no. 43325) il manque 2 objets dans mon colis: - 1x 6205/C3 at 3.78€ - 1x 6206/C3 at 5.07€ soit un total de 8.85€. Je souhaite être remboursé de ces objets vu que j'ai été obligé de les acheter ailleurs. Le Service client est injoignable malgré plusieurs mail... N'achetez pas sur ce site! (Order No. 43325) 2 items are missing from my package: - 1x 6205/C3 at 3.78€ - 1x 6206/C3 at 5.07€ or a total of 8.85€. I wish to be reimbursed for these items since I had to buy them elsewhere. Customer service is unreachable despite several emails... Do not buy on this site!
