“When a company gets things absolutely right then it's easy to take that for granted. I had not used Bearing King before but I definitely will again. Good communication, speedy delivery, good looking product and realistic pricing that is better than our local supplier that we have to now drive 12 miles to! Thanks for nailing it Bearing King!”

“I needed a bearing seal couldn't find one anywhere. When I Google searched for bearing seals. Bearing king's popped up so I measured the bearing seal i needed type it in an one came up. So I ordered it and next day it was delivered. It was the right one. I will be using bearing king's from now on if I need anything else. Thanks guys. X”

“The wrong part was supplied to me - the actual part supplied was not the correct dimensions (much smaller internal diameter) that I ordered, so it wouldn't fit. This was an issue, as we needed this to complete the repair on our tractor & finish a contract. I tried to email somebody at Bearing King to discuss this, but nobody replied. I returned the part with "full refund" written on the delivery note & after 3 weeks I did get a refund, but no communication to say sorry, explain the issue or tell me the refund was coming. Frankly, I was not impressed. This was a simple seal for this first order, but we do use quite a lot of seals, bearings & other engineering components & consumables. Given the incorrect part supplied & absolute lack of any communication, I wouldn't have much confidence in using Bearing King again, there are just so many other suppliers out there.”

“Exact same belt that I normally buy from another supplier, delivery was slightly cheaper. However, normally get my belts next day, this took 10 days. Would rather have paid a little extra for better delivery.”
