“My euro and 95cence purchase from you took 4 days to arrive, even then I had to drive to Waterford city to collect it . There was a further payment to be collected, 14 euro and 25 cents government levy and a charge from ups . In the end my purchase came to 37euro and 20 cents.my purchase traveled from the UK to Germany back to Dublin then on to Waterford. It was such a small item 16mmx 16mm it could have been posted direct and not have so many air miles involved. When I paid 21euros online to your website for packing and postage I just assumed that would be it.”

“Not the advertised Dunlop Bearings I ordered - I was sent Craft Bearings instead. Apparently the Dunlops were out of stock so were prividing Craft ones instead - I was assured these were better quality. I wouldn't know which was best - but at least I know the name Dunlop - I had not heard of Craft.”

“I have a couple of complaints with, Bearing King. Their communication is deplorable and delivery times are poor too. In my case it was 4 days before my order for 2 belts were shipped. Then to top it off, they sent the wrong belts, despite giving them the reference numbers.”

“Bearing King has a great website to filter and find the products easily and I love the express guest checkout with Apple Pay. One big downer is the 3-4days it takes for items to finally be shipped. Royal Mail then delivered next day.”

“Has a great stock. Ships fast. And nice prices. Unfortunately due to Brexit, extra costs to be expected. No import-to-the-EU-deals like a lot of other UK shops. Though fast shipping, the extra customs handling causes delay. Extra handling has been paid for, but still awaits further shipping at Dutch postal services..”

“Mower belts are of a very good quality, Unfortunatly the postage was very poor as I paid extra for 48 hours delivery because I needed them fast and waited 6 days, I did email the company after 48 hours as my goods still were not shipped and I got no reply !”

“On the web site it stated all the o rings i required were in stock, when in fact they wern't so was a little dissapointed as o rings seem to be harder to find in the sizes required at a timely deivery time scale. Can do better”

“Good bearings but a bit pricey for what you get i got 30 for 12.95 and i can get 225 for a tenner if u make it more bearings in a packet would be worth it will definitely order again though”

“Initially, I mistakenly ordered the wrong belt. A quick email seeking to cancel my order was quickly answered by Mqark confirming the cancellation and saying my PayPal account would be credited. Unfortunately, the cancelled order arrived as did its replacement and my PayPal account wasn't credited. I sent two emails since the delivery of the cancelled order but so far without a reply.”
