“Dispatched a week after ordering won’t be using again ended up buying another seal elsewhere 🤨”

“Totally unimpressed. I ordered a pack of 2 small oil seals. It took 8 days for them to process the order and post it. I emailed them to express my disgust, and give them a chance to respond prior to me 'going public' with a review. They didn't even reply with an explanation or apology. Needless to say, I won't be using Bearing King again.”

“Excellent phone service from staff was let down by late delivery. Ordered on monday morning, staff said that they could get parts out on the afternoon (which they did), paid for next day shipping, got despatch notification on monday but did not arrive till friday aftyernoon!”

“Ordered a part for next day delivery. the part was to be fitted at height and access equipment was orderd. Engineers dispatched to site the followign day. Same day we reveive an email saying part not availible. Meanwhle access equipment and lost labour cost in the region of £800.”

“well 1 week on from ordering an htd belt all i know is it took 3 working days to get this in stock item despatched that was weds its now friday still no de;ivery or email from royal mail to say when it will be with me tried to telephone today no answer to cal and no voice mail option god knows if or when i wlll get the item . so much for order today get it tommorow”
