“I purchased the wrong size bearing by accident and was told that I could send them back and get a refund and this this towards another purchase. I send the bearing back, did not receive my refund and have heard nothing since I would avoid this company as it appears they do not value small customers at all”

“Took ages to let me know that they didn't have what I wanted. In fact I had to phone them to find this out. What they palmed me off with was completely wrong after them assuring me it would be ok.”

Hi James Sorry to hear about your bad experience with us here at Bearing King, we do try our best to sort out any problems that arise, I do believe your order was for v belts that our supplier PIX were out of stock, we do try and stock most items on our website but get caught out from time to time, this being one of them So sorry for not handling it better, Kind Regards Mark King Director Bearing King
