Maybe it's not your fault, but I paid special fast delivery and I didn't receive it in time! I tell you more: now it's over 10 days out of time, I didn't received my object (already payed), and you didn't reply to my compliant. Sorry to make this so low rating...

Dear Stefano You signed for this parcel on the 14th July 2017 via ParcelForce, tracking number EK396211174GB I do not see what the problem is,l and the bad reviews and the paypal "item not received" request!!! Please explain??

Hi Team, I took delivery of a PJ 406 8 ribbed belt on to use in my lawn mover. I put it in my lawnmower and within 5 mins the belt gave way. The quality of the belt is very poor and I am extremely disappointed with it. It did not even last for 5 mins ! I have attached some photos of the belt. I would like to have this replaced or my money refunded as the product that was sold to me was of extreme poor quality and not up to the standard. Please let me know what can be done.

Dear Peter Firstly very sorry for your bad experience with us, this is not usually our normal way of doing business with our many satisfied customers, however at the time of your email sent to us we were having email issues with gmail as explained in our email to yourself Not sure how we deserve 1 star from you ? Below is a reply that you sent back to us after we had emailed you back once our email service had resumed, we quoted you on your enquiry with no further feedback from yourself Hello Mark, Thank you for the courtesy of an explanation, and I accept your apology. So that's resolved that. I mistakenly ordered the wrong belts so as you didn't see my email asking you to hold my order until I double checked a measurement I will just have to have them as hanging ornaments in my workshop. Re the bearings, I initially asked you: "Can you supply the bearing (2no) as shown in the image below: On the bearing is stamped FAFNIR 6206FF. Outside diameter = 62mm Outer width = 16mm Inside diameter = 30mm Inner width = 24mm

I purchased the wrong size bearing by accident and was told that I could send them back and get a refund and this this towards another purchase. I send the bearing back, did not receive my refund and have heard nothing since I would avoid this company as it appears they do not value small customers at all

Took ages to let me know that they didn't have what I wanted. In fact I had to phone them to find this out. What they palmed me off with was completely wrong after them assuring me it would be ok.
