“Had a small problem with the delivery not turning up after 4 days, this was quickly put right once I had spoken to them , items then came in the next 3 days. All items are as advertised.”

Dear Roger, I want to reiterate that at the very beginning of our call (and all calls) you were greeted you professionally. You must not have heard this and instead went on a tirade of your experience of being a company director and how this was not good enough. To be honest, it took me aback and the call still sits fresh in my memory. You called to report a damaged leg. Unfortunately this does happen but the good thing is that we are well equipped to resolve this. As is standard, we require a photo but you were unable to provide this - no problem, we figured out what leg was damaged and I can already see that this has been delivered to you. 1 Star seems harsh. You must have ran a very tight ship at your company. Kudos to you, sir! If you need further assistance, please let us know.

“Good quick service. Guy I spoke to wasn't quite up to speed with Weber part numbers but eventually found an online parts diagram. Would be better if wow bbq also listed Weber part numbers. I needed a spark igniter for a E310. Overall good, quick dispatch. Item was well packed and the install instructions were good. Some ambiguous bits but ok overall. Job took about 30 mins to change the igniter.”
