“Ordering was simple, delivery was quick, however the packing of items not so good, arrived in a box that was bugling with tape that was just about holding it together. The box for the case now has ridges in it where it has been forced to the bottom of a box it didn’t quite fit in, no care taken when it came to the pick/pack of the order. The box was also left in an unsafe area after I deliberately left instructions blank so that it would be delivered to a person or not at all.”

“Weber kettle was delivered extremely promptly, nothing missing, price quoted was the real price and was the cheapest, far too many so called suppliers advertise a product much cheaper, but, when you click on the product the price is invariably far more expensive; these guys are honest and reliable. use them above anyone else”

“The Weber BBQ I ordered arrived quickly and in time which was great. Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit but was only noticeable once I had started building it. Rang these guys and they sorted it within 24 hours! New parts were sent out and all was perfect! Brilliant BBQ and great service. Only reason didn’t get a 5 star review was due to the damage.”

“Had a nightmare trying to find a Weber that was not overpriced. Ordered one twice from a different retailer and after having taken my money twice had to wait 10 days for a refund as twice they ended up being out of stock! I ordered from WowBBQ and got it in 2 days. Fantastic service and the text/email updates were regular and reassuring. Thankyou for an excellent service. X”
