“I was somewhat skeptical when I placed the order only to be informed that delivery would be a whole month away. But the price was good so I was prepared to wait. Hey presto! my Weber Q2200 was delivered on the EXACT day promised! Now that's what I call customer service. Packaging was excellent and the BBQ was up and running in no time at all. Would not hesitate to recommend WOWBBQ. Now contemplating buying a few accessories.”

“Arranged a Saturday delivery for me the day before and it arrived in mint condition first thing in the morning. Also I was able to change my delivery address at short notice after placing my order. Phone staff were excellent. I've bought millions of things online and this is the first review I've bothered to leave as i was left so impressed!”

“Absolutely first class service. The delivery was on the correct day (important when you need to take time off work!). It was next working day as declared on the website. Competitively priced. My local outlet lost the potential sale due to attitude, so price wasn’t everything. I will definitely use WOWBBQ again”

“Would have achieved 5 stars if the bbq arrived undamaged. Price service delivery after care excellent. They have arranged a replacement part direct from weber. So if the replacement arrives soon this will become a 5 star review. Things do go wrong, so far the response everything has been excellent just need the perfect outcome.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a Weber from Wow BBQ. The website is quick and easy to use. You are kept well informed about your order. Goods arrived in perfect order the next day. I have been so pleased with my first weber BBQ that I have ordered a second! Not to replace but to compliment each other. Great BBQ with great service.”
