“Ordered a Weber Gas Q3200+ in mid-April and was advised that WOW had no stock at that time but that some were due in 2-3 weeks time. After a couple of weeks I was advised that new stock should be arriving from USA in about 2 weeks - good to be kept informed. On checking about 10 days later I was advised that the new stock had arrived (from Poland?) and that I had been allocated one - which was duly delivered the following day! Very happy with the new BBQ ( which replaced a 17 year old Q300 gas BBQ!) and with the service I got from WOW.”

The website was easy to navigate with lots of helpful information and clear product descriptions. I was able to compare different models and find the perfect Weber BBQ for my needs. Ordering was simple and secure, and the delivery was much quicker than I expected – it arrived within just a couple of days, well packaged and in perfect condition. The customer service was also excellent. I had a quick question about accessories and received a prompt and friendly response from their team, which really reassured me. As for the BBQ itself – it’s brilliant. Classic Weber quality, easy to assemble, and already proving to be a game-changer for outdoor cooking. “Very pleased with our purchase. Very well packaged only small assembly required installing the wheels all without the need for any tools. Used the grill a few times now only with small portable gas cartidges approx 2hrs cooking appro 3 bbq. Very good quality and folding mechanism on the bbq is second to none. We will use for our main home bbq, camping and trips out.”
