“Ordered 3pm Friday, dispatched within the hour, delivered by lunchtime Saturday. Impeccable shipping. I’m yet to open the package, but it looks pristine so I’m not expecting any issues.”

“I was rather hopeful that the order could be fulfilled after seeing the stock dwindling. I really wanted the product and the staff pulled off an amazing feat in making this happen. “I Ordered the BBQ and received it the next day, I was kept up to date with the delivery via the courier. Unfortunately a part was damaged on arrival. I sent an email with the broken piece and had a reply the next day saying that a replacement part was being sent out. This came a day or so later and was packed very well. Overall a great experience given by the team at WOWBBQ and I would recommend them.”
