“I am very pleased with BBQ and the sale and delivery from WowBBQ. However Weber haven't been so easy to deal with I have still not received the free Roaster and Thermometer promised in the deal. I have registered the BBQ send photos of the receipt and the serial no's still nothing. They advertise with Jamie Oliver promising the money off and free items but the additional items are slow to arrive or even acknowledgement that my BBQ is now registered. If WOWBBQ can assist in this matter I would be grateful.”

“The grill was delivered quickly. One of the grates had a manufacturing defect, but Patrick sorted a replacement from Weber right away. Top service! Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!”

“Great product but the BBQ turned up in a old box that was filthy dirty, wet, soggy and obviously hanging around in storage for a long time. Not ideal for a present for my wife that cost nearly £2K!”

“Pricing is very competitive Delivery was super fast and courier chose is excellent. Service afterwards is very friendly and helpful. Though there was damage on the metal, the wowbbq team quickly resolved this, with the replacement part to be shipped... Yet to receive, but I don't doubt them.”

“I needed a new charcoal grate as my old one had given up after many years of service. I found WOWBBQ on the internet and ordered a replacement. My experience from placing my order to it arriving was easy and it arrived a couple of days later. I will definitely use this company again.”

“I bought a Weber cooking grate and a charcoal grate, both were the best price I could find. The order was shipped the next day and although there was a slight problem with the delivery, customer service was excellent. They replied promptly and the problem was resolved quickly. I would use again and definately recommend to others.”

“Would definitely recommend buying from WowBBQ. I knew what range of BBQ I wanted but hadn't chosen a specific model yet and had been looking for information on lots of site. WowBBQ went into far more detail on their product pages than other sites (including Weber's own site!), including things like photos, videos, size comparisons etc. I found their exclusive videos really helpful when deciding. When I placed my order, delivery was very quick with DPD. There was a small issue with the order but WowBBQ were quick to call me back and rectify it. I received my corrected order the very next day. Would definitely use them again.”
