“We ordered on Thursday. BBQ arrived as promised the next day. WOWBBQ also guided us through the Weber CASHBACK process - that was paid within a week. They were responsive with a small aftersales issue. Would highly recommend.”

“This is not the first time to use WOWBBQ to order spare parts or other items. I have ordered for my "Weber Master Touch" a thermometer as a spare part because the previous one has been broken due to the age and usage of the fantastic BBQ from Weber. The Thermometer arrived without a wing nut to secure the thermometer to the BBW lid. I have informed the Customer Support Team, and they sent me a.s.a.p. the wing nut per post. I can only say that this kind of support is outstanding, and I will highly recommend WOWBBQ.”
