“Ordered several bags of Weber 8kg briquettes- they’re the best briquettes on my experience. The bags turned up quickly and well packed. Great service and better than I expected as it’s the first time I’ve used WOW BBQ. I’ll use them again!”

“My order arrived, the box was slightly damaged. Unboxing the bbq I found a couple of faulty parts with the bbq. It was great to be able to build the bbq anyway for use and the support team were very helpful in being able to source replacement parts. These arrived within 2 days of reporting the issue. Great service, would buy from again. Only minor complaint is against the courier that may have caused the initial damage, and also for the courier not contacting me when they were shipping the replacement parts (organised by Weber)”

“I couldn't rate these folks highly enough, customer service is exceptional. I've used them for purchases of weber bbq slow n sear equipment and just recently they helped me out with a warranty claim on a sns original that I bought 8 years ago from a retailer no longer trading. I contacted the US SnS Grills company who state a 10 year warranty and they reached out to WOW magnificent BBQ, did them a favour and shipped me a brand new unit. Cheers folks, great service deserves a shout out! 👍🔥”

“WOW! is the right word for this company. From ordering to receiving and then sorting out a problem I had. This company has been outstanding throughout.
