“Great service, Product dispatched on time and arrived next day. Knocked a point off as the same BBQ bundle I ordered has gone up £60 less than 3 weeks after I ordered this which is a shame that companies do this.”

“Amazing service from start to finish. Visited the sunshine garden centre to view the BBQs and was served by a young man called Eddie. He told us to go online via Wowbbq because of where we lived. He was amazing we placed our order online and delivery was so quick 1 working day. Prices were better than anyone else. Couldn’t fault anything. Great product and great service.”

“Always use WOWBBQ and this is our second purchase of a BBQ from them. Unfortunately the main bowl was damaged so it took a few emails to arrange for WOWBBW to have Weber replace the damaged section. Strange as I thought if you received a new product that was damaged upon opening and under 30days you were entitled to a free of charge exchange/replacement. Still yet to receive it two weeks later, but fingers crossed it will come. Also the free gifts still have not arrived and as you have to claim them from Weber direct, it has been a nightmare trying to arrange. Not sure if I’ll ever get them. Normally give WOWBBQ 5 stars but only 3 on this occasion as I have sent many emails with photos and proof of damage and phone calls trying to get the damaged part replaced and as for a Weber and the free gifts, they are useless and I wouldn’t let this influence any future purchases.”

“No complaints at all about the purchase but sadly my hope that replacing the flavourisers would resolve the temperature issue proved wide of the mark. My gas BBQ heats to 160 at best, which doesn't really cut it. I've tried tightened everything on what is, after all, a pretty simple design. Any thoughts? Dominic Walsh 07780807035”

“Weber kettle arrived next day. Sadly one of the legs was damaged so I emailed and the wowbbq team who confirmed straight away that a new one would be sent on a next day delivery. Great service! Really impressed!!!”

“I ordered a Weber Master Touch with next day delivery which was unfortunately delayed by DPD losing the parcel! WOWBBQ Dispatched another one straight away when I called them to make sure I got the Saturday delivery slot. There was also damage to the cooking grate (no damage to the box so I think this left the Weber factory like that), WOWBBQ dealt with Weber (who were also helpful) and sorted the replacement for me on warranty, which has all been done swiftly. Great service considering the bad luck.”

“Absolutely first class. The online ordering was simple and I wanted to change the date of delivery so I spoke to a very helpful person over the phone who arranged my request. Delivery was excellent too and the BBQ has now been assembled and cooked upon. Really delighted with the purchase and the price was the best I could find anywhere.”
