“Called WOWBBQ very last minute on a Friday past the 2pm cutoff period for the Saturday delivery on the off chance they might still be able to deliver the next day, unfortunately I've forgotten the gentlemans name who I delt with however he could not of been more helpful in getting my new Webber premium mastertouch delivered in time for the BBQ - A huge thank you for that! The BBQ itself arrived with some additional extras - A Cover and a Webber Chimney easy start kit. All arrived Safely in one peice and the BBQ itself is is incredible and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I'm looking forward to ordering some more accessories for it, I will be a returning customer and can't recommend them enough.”

“Having ordered a Weber 5775 Master Touch bbq as a fathers day gift from my kids it arrived with a slightly damaged lid, the result of poor handling as was evident by a small mark on the box I hadn't noticed upon receiving the item. There was a small dent to the lip of the lid, but more annoying was the ceramic coating had chipped as as result. Although it wouldn't affect the operation of the bbq I was somewhat disappointed having paid so much for it. I sent an email to WOWBBQ expecting to be involved in a long drawn out email chain about blame and having signed for the parcel with damage to the packaging evident etc..., but to my surprise and their credit they saw the images I sent and have dispatched a replacement lid without fuss. I will definitely be using them again.”
