The website was easy to navigate with lots of helpful information and clear product descriptions. I was able to compare different models and find the perfect Weber BBQ for my needs. Ordering was simple and secure, and the delivery was much quicker than I expected – it arrived within just a couple of days, well packaged and in perfect condition. The customer service was also excellent. I had a quick question about accessories and received a prompt and friendly response from their team, which really reassured me. “Very pleased with our purchase. Very well packaged only small assembly required installing the wheels all without the need for any tools. Used the grill a few times now only with small portable gas cartidges approx 2hrs cooking appro 3 bbq. Very good quality and folding mechanism on the bbq is second to none. We will use for our main home bbq, camping and trips out.”
