“Great price and fast delivery. Weber BBQ handle was damaged (manufacturering fault, nothing to do with WOWBBQ) and they sent out the replacement part very promptly without me having to repack and return the whole BBQ. made life so much easier. Highly recommended and i will be using them again.”

“My BBQ arrived in the agreed time frame well protected and on time. Fired it up on the weekend and it performed beautifully. Typical though that as soon as we sat to eat the heavens opened and we all had to rush inside. A true classic style BBQ weekend for the UK loved it. Fingers crossed for the next time”

“Brilliant supplier to deal with, a note of caution, just check the deals as it was £50 cheaper to buy a bbq and cover separately rather than the offer. Everything arrived early and well packed. I did phone and ask a couple of questions and found the staff well trained and very pleasant. Certainly would recommend and buy again, no problem 👍”

“Great price on the Weber Smoky Mountain but it was not in stock (it showed as such on their site) so I had to follow up with an email when it didn't arrive. They got back to me very quickly and kept me well informed about the delivery time thereafter so a good example of "anyone can make a mistake but it's how you deal with it that matters" - real people with time devoted to customer service (i.e. not AI chatbots) gives me confidence to deal with them again. I've unpacked and built the BBQ which is good and sturdy but plan to test it out this weekend.”

“Easy to navigate website. Very helpful staff. I ordered an accessory with the BBQ whiteout realising that a similar item is already included. I had a phone call from the shop to advise me and they kindly refunded the cost. Delivery was handled very well.”

“Loving my new stealth just wish I hadn’t had to build it lol . Never mind it was fairly simple and creatively quick to do Needed to contact company as I didn’t receive my bbq when I thought but my mistake. Sorted and fabulous customer service. Enjoyed a repot roast pork loin on rotisserie for Easter Sunday and must say delicious”
