“Really good service from WOW. Not the first time I've used them and will not be the last BBQ arrived on time, with pleasant and courteous driver, and was extremely well protected and palletised. Nothing wrong with the BBQ but I would prefer a "Made in USA" label.”

“I have dealt with this company over many years having in the past bought 2 57cm Kettle BBQ's and a 57cm Smokey Mountain all of which are still being used plus numerous accessories I have never felt dissatisfied with any of their products.”

“Before ordering, I had a query which was answered very promptly. Ordering from WOWBBQ was very straightforward. I subsequently needed to change the delivery date so emailed. I had a response within 30 minutes and the delivery was deferred to my preferred date. Delivery was at the exact time I had been given. I can't fault the customer service. I only wish other businesses and organisations were as efficient.”

“I ordered a neww BBQ and later a shop soiled accessory with a considerable discount. I thought it would be used but other than the packaging I couldn't tell it from a brand new one. Telephone assistance was really helpful and friendly. The bbq and the part arrived really quickly. Great service, good choice and good prices.”
