“After buying the Weber 57cm Master Touch from WOWBBQ, I had to make sure I had some fuel for it. So I returned to get some Weber coal and wood. Both orders were delivered faster than they stated that they would. I had a missing bolt with the BBQ which I contacted WOWBBQ about and not only did they arrange for the bolt to be sent out to me, they assured me that the BBQ was still ok for use. The customer service agent was extremely professional, friendly and above else, seemed to genuinely care. With Father’s Fay coming up, I’ve already given my wife a list of items I’d like… now I’m just hoping she is as helpful as WOWBBQ.”

“Although the bbq arrived with a damaged component, it was resolved quickly (on a Sunday) and a replacement dispatched with no requirement to send the defective piece back. Good service.”

“First class excellent service. I bought my Webber Spirit II E-310 GBS bbq last year after speaking to one of the very knowledgeable guys who helped me decide on what was the best model for my requirements. I then checked the price with various suppliers and found one company selling it cheaper than WOW. I informed WOW of the price and asked if they would match the cheaper price as I really wanted to order via them. They did with no hesitation and the bbq was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. I have since purchased various accessories this year and again the service and delivery has just been exceptional. I definitely would recommend anyone buying a Weber product to go nowhere else, the knowledge and customer service is in my opinion second to none.”

“Brilliant customer service. The Master Touch E5755 BBQ was delivered on time and in good condition. Only issue I had was during the set-up of the BBQ grill , where the nuts holding the lid holder were difficult to tighten. Still felt loose even after tightening with the tool included with the grill – may that can be fed back to Weber. I have purchase two other Weber products from WOWBBQ since I got the grill and again quick service and no issues at all.”

“Great price and very helpful Staff in the phone who helped me With my choice . Nice to be able to ring and actually speak with experts . Delivery driver helpful too and toook the bbq off the pallet and into My back garden without me being there .”
