“Prompt service, but we were rather disappointed with the poor condition of the box, especially as the cleaning kit will be a Christmas gift. As yet, we have not examined the contents, so cannot vouch for their condition. Because it is a gift, we will be unable to comment on the usefulness of the kit.”
