“great value, everything arrived the next day, a fault with the bottom damper control (it had been assembled in the factory the wrong way around) was resolved with a quick phonecall, apparently, it's a common issue with 57cm Webber kettles and a video on how to resolve the issue was sent to me immediatly.”

“Earlier in the year, I happened to pass their showroom in Bounds Green and was given a most informative guide around the Weber product range by a very knowledgeable member of the team, but I was not ready to buy. When I was ready, I went online and WOW has all things Weber at keen prices. In addition, they have great personalised customer service. I was called and told a van would be in my area the next day. An item happened not to be in stock, but is on backorder. The main order came when promised with a friendly driver. Subsequently, I ordered a couple of accessories, again keenly priced, and these arrived via DPD ahead of schedule. As my last Weber lasted 23 years I might not need them in a hurry, but I can recommend WOWBBQ.”

“This is a reflection on the courier service as I have not yet received the goods I needed for today. The courier is now saying tomorrow. Although this is the courier, it reflects badly on wow bbq as they are your supply chain.”
