“Great website, very easy to compare products. Prompt dispatch and good delivery communication. The team even followed up on my missed call after I tried to contact them out of hours when I was struggling with assembly. The only improvement: The delivery driver ran off after ringing the bell so I had to shift 100kg pallet out of the rain”

“Was looking at changing my BBQ and reverting back to charcoal, gas BBQ's much more difficult to clean, having reviewed several decided on a Weber Master Touch. Searching for a sensible price I found WOWBBQ. The range of Weber BBQ's and accessories they carry is exceptional, the web site was easy to use and the ordering process easy. Communication was good and delivery very quick and on time. Will certainly go back to WOWBBQ for any accessories needed”

“I tried to place my order online, but there was an issue with the payment. WOWBBQ phoned me, and we were able to get the trabnsaction done over the phone. However, i got a call later to say that the BBQ I ordered wa sno longer in stock. I arranged for a replacemnet, and advised a refund ( for the balance) would be issued immediately. I had to chase this up a copuple of days later. The delivery was prompt and efficient, and no issues.”
