I'm happy with the rug but not really with the offer made online the day of my purchase. If I ordered the rug the same day, I could get a free anti-slip. I've checked that point with the online chat that promised to come back to me via email. It never happened. I got the rug without the free anti-slip.

Product is great but I found delivery date couldn’t be given and it took longer than I thought

I purchased two products from Woven and was pleased with my purchases and quality of the goods I received. However for both products ordered, on the day of confirmed delivery, I was contacted by the courier DX Express advising that they 'were not able to deliver as expected'. A good company, let down by their chosen deliverers.

Good prices, but a lack of information on the delivery situation. I wasn't sure if they had just forgotten about my order, or maybe I was the victim of a scam. The app "shop" suggested for tracking was worse than useless.

Good prices and huge choice, but pretty poor at providing estimated delivery dates. Delivery from DX was not great, rug was dragged from van across the driveway and thrown into the house.

So I ordered a rug about 5 months ago, it's only just turned up. After over 4 months (gave them plenty of time due to covid) I asked why it's still not turned up. They said covid and transport issues were the reasons, it should be due in 2 weeks. Gave them another month, order still not turned up. So I rang asking where the order was again. They said it was on the warehouse but not dispatched so they dispatched it there and then (why do I have to ring up for them to dispatch?) Anyway, order sent and en route. So I take a day off to recieve the delivery only to get a message saying the delivery driver tried to deliver but I wasn't in (I was in all day, no one called or knocked on). So I sent an email complaining about it. Recieved a nice reply saying they would address this and redeliver to tomorrow. Order finally turned up the day after. Can't fault the rug, it's gorgeous I'm glad I waited for it but the service was below par. They did give me a slight discount because I'd waited so long so I must commend them for that. Thank you Jamie

The carpet in itself is ok but didn’t receive antislip with it as promised and the chat doesn’t want to deal with it neither I get reply to my emails so if there was a bigger problem I believe it would be a nightmare.

The rug is nice but the pictures on the website make it look different. I’ve noticed the wool is starting to “ball” already and I’ve only had it a few weeks.

Had to wait a ridiculous time to receive my rugs. Had to chase for updates too. Longer than quoted.

Wrong rug arrived, staff rectified and wrong one collected. Not great quality but ok.

the delivery was poor as it was delivered before the states hours and left outside my door without being securely placed with a neighbor as i wasn’t in

The rug had a delivery time of 2-3 weeks but eventually took 3 months of waiting to receive it. The support team were always helpful when i emailed to ask for an order update, but i always had to be the one to contact them to find out what was going on. Also, at the end of the 3 months I was told that the colour i ordered was no longer available to had to go with another colour.

Very good website with an excellent choice. But delivery is incredibly slow. 8 weeks instead of the 2 stated when ordering.

Prompt and timely delivery of item ordered but slow to refund returned item. Having returned a rug to Woven on May 8th we had to email Woven to confirm its receipt via a response from them but we are still awaiting the refunded amount today.... on May 20th!
