Ok in the end. Wrong rug delivered and getting info out of staff via email was like pulling teeth. No reply to voice mail and incorrect tracking details and information regarding replacement given.
Full like pure luck when the right rug arrived. Very happy with product but I don’t think I’d order from this company again.
