“After a complication and delay with delivery from the EU - and some frustration with slow customer service responses, my rug arrived. Excellent product, very pleased with it. And their customer service team were helpful after all. I would definitely use Woven again...and probably will soon.”

“Polite informative emails informing me about my order and the product is lovely, the circular. Rug with black triangles on is a nice quality and looks nice in my son’s kitchen. I would recommend the product”

“I'm am very happy with the quality of the rug that I bought, it is exactly what I hoped for and imagined. However, delivery was supposed to be 5-10 days. After having to follow up where my item was 3 times. It was finally delivered, 30 days after ordering. Communication was poor. As I say I'm very happy with the product I have received, I just didn't have the best customer experience.”

“I ordered my rug from Woven on the 23rd of October, and thought it would arrive within the usual 5-10 days. I hadn't read the website properly as for Woven orders and shipments, it is 10-15 working days. I therefore sent an email after this time frame and was told the rug was on its way and would arrive w/c 22 November. More emails I was informed that my rug was coming from Denmark, hence the delay. The rug finally arrived 7 December. It is a lovely rug but the incredibly long delivery time has put me off ordering anymore rugs from Woven. I would suggest that if you order any rugs from this company, you find out if the rug is in England already in their warehouse or coming from another country before it comes to England. Then decide if you don't mind waiting 46 days or more for the rug.”

“My rug arrived quickly and I absolutely love it, the quality and warmth it gives my living room has made me so happy, trying to get rid of cool grey tones. Would definitely recommend 👌”

“The rug is very good quality. Unfortunately one of the long edges isn't quite straight, it seems to curve inwards in the middle but it was half price so will put up with it and hope it either straightens over time or I'll get used to it's quirkiness”

“Rug as advertised at good price. Delivery took a little longer than expected: Would have appreciated better communication from Woven regarding this. At least I was able to phone them and speak to a real person albeit ultimate delivery was about a week longer than the person on the line promised me it was coming.”

“Arguto Multi 140x 200cm Rug . Took a bit of time to deliver , but was imported so hence the wait , Rug is well made Beautiful vibrant colours & very very soft to walk on , also a Fantastic price from Woven so would Highly recommend.”

“I ordered my rug in September & delivery was only a few days ago in December. This was due to delays with shipping which I know is beyond the Company’s control. However my only issue is that I was never contacted to advise me there would be a delay, & the dates were moved on a couple of times. I had to contact them for updates each time. I was offered an alternative product with a slightly higher discount & the staff were always courteous.”
