“I ordered several things over the last year from Woven and except the first time it was always hit and miss - the orders never arrived in time, and I had to chase them repeatedly with emails etc. Still waiting now for a pillow and a small rug ordered 2 months ago. On the website they might well appear like in stock or dispatching in a few days, but in reality this is not true. When chasing them, I get promisses that like "next week the items will arrive in the warehouse", but then one month later nothing happens. I very well understand all the problems with supply and delay etc, and I am not complaining about these, but what I don't like is that 1) the info on the website is not accurate - like saying available in a few days when that is not true and 2) checking the order status is a joke, it never gives any useful information. Yes, they email you when the item is sent to you, and that is great, but online the system does not give any updates (it still shows now as 'processing' some items which I got last summer...)”

“The delivery was very slow. My mom also ordered items to her home (Christmas present to me) and it took weeks for the duvet cover to arrive. I understand that Christmas shopping may have played a part in this. The bedding is lovely though!! Cant wait to use it.”

“Communication by phone and email generally excellent; however, I was told delivery would be in 3-5 days and 3-5 weeks later I’m still waiting. Apparently TNT lost my order and it has been reordered. I don’t have any new tracking information though. Fingers crossed!”

“The Ferm bedspread is excellent quality and Woven had a great price for it so we're happy. Would've given 5 stars, except for the long delivery delay which was beyond their quoted delivery dates. The customer service rep was very responsive and helpful. All in all it was acceptable to us, because it's a pandemic out there.”

“Am really happy with my four Botanical cushions by Orla Kiely of which one was free in a promotion. I had to ring Woven as I was going abroad and worried that they would arrive whilst away, and they agreed to send them the day after I returned - which they did without any reminding. Would use Woven again for sure.”

“After a complication and delay with delivery from the EU - and some frustration with slow customer service responses, my rug arrived. Excellent product, very pleased with it. And their customer service team were helpful after all. I would definitely use Woven again...and probably will soon.”

“Polite informative emails informing me about my order and the product is lovely, the circular. Rug with black triangles on is a nice quality and looks nice in my son’s kitchen. I would recommend the product”

“I'm am very happy with the quality of the rug that I bought, it is exactly what I hoped for and imagined. However, delivery was supposed to be 5-10 days. After having to follow up where my item was 3 times. It was finally delivered, 30 days after ordering. Communication was poor. As I say I'm very happy with the product I have received, I just didn't have the best customer experience.”

“I ordered my rug from Woven on the 23rd of October, and thought it would arrive within the usual 5-10 days. I hadn't read the website properly as for Woven orders and shipments, it is 10-15 working days. I therefore sent an email after this time frame and was told the rug was on its way and would arrive w/c 22 November. More emails I was informed that my rug was coming from Denmark, hence the delay. The rug finally arrived 7 December. It is a lovely rug but the incredibly long delivery time has put me off ordering anymore rugs from Woven. I would suggest that if you order any rugs from this company, you find out if the rug is in England already in their warehouse or coming from another country before it comes to England. Then decide if you don't mind waiting 46 days or more for the rug.”

“The rug is very good quality. Unfortunately one of the long edges isn't quite straight, it seems to curve inwards in the middle but it was half price so will put up with it and hope it either straightens over time or I'll get used to it's quirkiness”
