“I was looking at this particular rug on another site but it was quite dear for what it was, put the name of the rug in Google and woven came up also with a 20% discount, I was dubious at first as didn’t know woven as a site but took the plunge and bought from them, the rug was with me within 2 weeks (came from abroad) I’m very pleased with my rug and the price and the quick delivery and would definitely buy from them in the future”

“Love both my rugs and got great bargains! Can't believe I got my larger rug for £60 when they seemed to have a 'flash sale' on top of sale prices. I like this site a lot and I hope they introduce other items.”

“Item size not as described online, you can't return your purchase directly, have to submit a return request online and it took almost a month to get the return approved by the shop, then I have to pay the return postage by myself even it is seller's fault, don't bother to return the item as the rug is cost £50 but the return postage will cost me £15. Obviously won't buy from this shop again.”

“We ordered a rug with a 5-7 working day window and 13 working later we still have not received it - the communication from Woven has been very difficult and not forthcoming without constant emailing on our part - perhaps we have had a bad and rare experience - I cannot comment on the quality of the product as we have still not received it Graham East Sussex”

“I ordered two expensive rugs in early November was told they would arrive within 10 days. It’s March and still no rugs. Customer service is mostly unresponsive. If I could award no stars I would. AVOID”
