You did not believe me when I told you that I did not received my felco 8. I felt cheated. Your sales team should check with the delivery company and ask them for proof before insisting that it was delivered. You must know that customer’s experience is very important. Honestly I did not have a good experience with your team.
Asking me to call the delivery company and I had to wait in the call queue number twenty and after an hour waiting I gave up. I strongly believe that your customer services can do better, but one this occasion, I was let down very badly.
