“I have just used the Burton McCall servicing for an old pair of Felco 7's. They have taken a lot of hard use over the years. It took approx 8 weeks when they suddenly appeared in the post one day, it was like I had been sent a brand new pair, all for just £25. Amazing service so pleased with them. Thankyou”

“The Felco 310 - I found them to be extremely comfortable to work with & have with me most of the time I'm in the garden they are lightweight & after only having them for a week would feel lost without them & at the price would make a lovely present for someone that loves their gardening. Felco model 6 - These are a great addition to my kit, they are very comfortable & easy to work with, wish I'd bought them sooner. Mine came with free gloves, I'm sad to say that the gloves for me are not something I would purchase, I have average size, slim hands but find these too stiff & hard to bend my fingers not comfortable at all.”

“Had secateurs for six months. After some light trimming the corner of a blade broke off. I claimed on the guarantee but because this is an unusual occurance my claim was rejected except that I was told that Felco would be contacted to see if they will replace the blade.I am 86 so there is no way that the secateurs have been misused. Very disappointed with your customer service who blocked our genuine guarantee claim for a £40 item item.”

Hi, Unfortunately we could not replace your secateurs under warranty as it was very apparent that the secateurs had been damaged in use, possibly dropped. “Very efficient service and prompt delivery. Absolutely delighted with my new secateurs. Lovely to have a free gift of gardening gloves but it would have been nice to have a choice of size. I was sent a large and they are much too big. Still worth 5 stars for quality and service.”
