“Delighted Gardener's World introduced me to your wares. Excellent quality, I now have secateurs that my small, arthritic hands find easy to use and an easy means to sharpen them as well as a brilliant pruning saw. Delivery was amazing. “First, second, third, I'm a lefty. Thus a pair of F9s was a very welcome birthday present. Our local garden centre no longer stocks these so being able to find these on line for my husband was very welcome. And they arrived well before my special day. So well done FELCO. Excellent.”

“Dispatch and delivery was quick. The one big disappointment was the multiple layers of plastic used to wrap secateurs in, why a small cardboard box could not used which can be re-used and recycled.”

Thanks for taking the time to review your recent experience with us. We did spend quite some time discussing the Gloves received as part of the promotional Gift Pack. As explained on the phone, we do not have smaller sized gloves available so we could not offer an alternative. Please do not use these gloves if you cannot safely do so. We take safety very seriously here, but do hope you would not put yourself in danger by using a product that is not suitable for you personally. The Gloves offered with this Gift Pack are in a medium size, this clearly stated on the product with a size guide also included on our website for reference. I did provide details to you for the import company as you wished to raise a query with the manufacturer, and this is the best way to do this in the UK. I regret that we could not find a suitable solution for you but hope this reply helps to explain the situation a little better. Advising others to avoid us, is incredibly unfair. We supplied you with what you ordered and we had nowhere to turn with an alternative as we simply do not have small gloves in stock. If we could have helped, we would have. Kyle
