“Very quick response to order and arrived ahead of expected delivery date. All parts as advertised and in good condition. Well packed and protected. Would recommend. Bought an anvil blade for Felco 2, however no clear instructions on how to remove and re-fit the blade just a small sketch. Nothing to tell you how to remove the rivets. (Perhaps its only a Felco 2 issue)”

“I was expecting to have to replace my ancient Felco 2 secateurs - pleasantly surprised to find a full range of spares available. I was able to restore my secateurs to virtually new condition for much less money and less cost to the environment compared to buying new. Fabulous to see a store/brand that believes in repairability.”

“The branch loppers arrived promptly. There was a slight problem with postage which is mentioned on the website, but not at the payment stage & I didn't notice it. A call from someone in the office & it was resolved.”
