“YOUR WEBSITE COULD DO WITH SOME ATTENTION. IT TOOK A LOT OF SEARCHING TO FIND "SAWS". THEN INFORMATION KEPT JUMPING OFF SCREEN. I GOT SOMEONE ELSE TO TRY FOR ME, SAME RESULT. EVENTUALLY CONFIRMED DETAIL OF PRODUCTS AND PLACED AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE. THEREAFTER, SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. DELIVERY ON TIME, PRODUCT WELL PACKED. THANK YOU. IF THE TEMPERATURE EVER GETS ABOVE FREEZING WE MIGTH GET SOME PRUNING DONE!”

“I am a big fan of Felco, they are great quality secateurs and we have a few sets. Web site was easy to use with a good choice of Felco products. The price seemed reasonable. Ordered as a present on the Saturday before Christmas, I was half expecting them to take a while given Royal Mail dispute. To my surprise, the Felco secateurs arrived on Monday and were packed to perfection.”

“I was very happy with the quality of the product. However, when I placed the order on 28th December, I paid for next day delivery (£6.99). It was delivered on 4th January. I have not been offered a refund. As APS made it clear that they had been instructed by you that they could not leave the package in a 'safe place' it was very inconvenient. APS tracking was fine.”
