if products are out of stock then this should be clear on your website, not to be told after you place your order, that it will another 2 weeks or so before the item is back in stock. It was only when i asked for a refund that the item was suddenly in stock and shipped the next day. if i can't tell if an item is in stock i might as well look elsewhere
