“Having previously bought Felco products I purchased a model 600 pruning saw. Initially very happy with performance, the blade snapped after less than two weeks and my request for the blade to be replaced was turned down. Good products when working, not so good when it goes wrong and after sales less than desirable. Be mindful of the cost of a new blade when purchasing (in this case it was going to cost more than the original saw!)”

“Order delivered within 24 hours and at a very good price compared to other companies. Felco secatuers are the best. We have used a model 8 for a number of years, still sharp and functioning well on an orchard of 170 trees. The second pair is to replace the ratty sets of garden standards used by the struggling other half of the pruning team (my wife!). Have also invested in the diamaond sharpener bringing our first pair to as new. Excellent, well engineered kit is worth every penny. This gear will last a lifetime.”

“Felco sent my order quickly. The Secuters are much better than the other ones I have, and up util now are without fault. They are easier to use, especially as they are left handed as am I. The old addage "you get what you pay for" is certainly true about Felco products. When I need further garden tools I will first look to Felco to supply.”

“Ordered a pair of secateurs which although good were not quite right for my hand size. Returned them and ordered a different set. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the returned delivery and it went to the wrong address! Felco somehow resolved the issue and refunded our orignal purchase. Great products and great service!”
