“I needed guidance as to size of replacement spring for a very old pair of secatures. I could not find any reference to the type I had so asked Felco. They too seemed unaware of the old type but they had me send photos and worked out what to buy to sort my problem. They could not have been more helpful and did so swiftly and with obvious desire the assist. Service that matches the quality of their product.”

“arrived quickly. Tried this model for the first time, slightly different to the others I have owned with the blade angle. On making a cut the blades are sticking shut and not opening back up which is annoying, disappointing and surprising, perhaps they will loosen with use. I hope so or they're going back.”

“I love my Felco secateurs. They give years of good service and the company offer parts and repairs. Unfortunately they don't add a tracker for when you lose them in the garden!!”

“Well made, sturdy, easily sharpened and reaily available spares. With good discount whats not to like. Profesionals prefered choice so that speaks for itself. I have the cheaper model 5 secateurs which are as good 20 years on as when I bought them, and have now upgraded to Model 8 Classic Secateurs. I shall be passing the old ones to my grandson. Both work very well, but I was tempted by the discount, I shall look forward to many years of fine secateurs.”
