“My order Ref: SO592621. I ordered fleeces, t-shirts and body warmers for my staff. The order was answered, but it was wrong. I ordered Planet Aid UK written on the back of the green men's body warmer, but when I finally got it all, after many e-mails back and forth, the men's body warmers did NOT have anything written on the back. I had to get a local company to do it as I did not trust you would do it correct. I then asked for a discount in the beginning of March, but never got an answer from you. I am still waiting for an answer. I will NOT recommend you company”

“we place a order near enough every month, our last order came and had marks all on the shirts, I was informed that they will re order and they will be sent straight out, after 8 days of waiting I phoned to chase up and I was advised they hadn't been ordered so now have to wait another 3-5 working days. This is not acceptable!”

“Good quality, unfortunately, though the polo shirts I ordered were supposed to be all the same size, some were much small than others, dependent on the colour, grey is much smaller on our order,shame, otherwise a good product.”

“Clothing items were as described and ordered. Design service was very good in matching to existing clothing but it wasn't printed to the approved design. Printed text was higher than ordered and some text was smaller.”
