“We want to purchase approx. 200 3-in-1 jackets from you. Originally we had reasonably good service from you when ordering two sample jackets so that we could choose which one we wanted. Our payment policy is that we pay after receipt of goods, yours is that you supply after payment of invoice. The option was to open a trade account. We completed the form, sent it off to sales as per the email address on your website, heard nothing. I then contacted you by phone asking where we were with it, only to find out it should have gone to accounts. It was not forwarded by you accounts team, no-one informed me that it should have gone elsewhere I now hear that our trade account has been turned down We will need to find an alternate supplier”

“I am a private customer and have only purchased work shoes from here. They have been delivered in very good time. I would suggest though that they could reduce the size of the packaging. The bag my order was sent in was quite excessive.”

“Where to start? 1. I placed an order with a printed logo and had to chase to know where to send the artwork. One week. 2. The artwork was arranged - that was the most efficient bit - very quick and helpful 3. Polo shirts arrived. Printing on back of polo shirts was disgraceful. There was a difference in position between 10cms and 17cms from back neck. 7cm tolerance? Seriously unimpressed. 4. Order supposed to be collected but DPD couldn't arrive due to snow. I requested collection to be rearranged. Had to chase again after one week. DPD collected 09/03 and still no feedback as of 19/03. 5. Have requested full refund. No longer want the order fulfilled as I have completely lost faith in Workwear Express. Needless to say, have not had a reply to my email requesting this.”

“Really pleased with my uniform design and quality although I felt like the sizes were smaller then what I have previously ordered in the past. I have always ordered either a medium or a size 14 in my shirts and hoodies so this time around I did the same after following the size chart. I've now had to reorder and spend another £74 on the next size up and get a large. If I knew this in the first place I would have ordered a large originally but my old uniform still fits me perfectly. I wanted to just change the colour from white to black.”
