“Wasn't sure how good the quality would be or how well the sizes would fit so took a chance and I was left pleasantly surprised. Great quality and perfect fit for everything. I will definitely be buying from here in the very near future.”

“It has been well over 3 days since I paid for the order including express delivery, but the parcel did not arrive yet ! I called and emailed sales and customer services, but no reply from anyone !”

“These guys quote items will be despatched in 5 days, its now been 15 days and no goods and they now telling me it will be another 7 days. Do not trust them.”

“Misleading information on the website to suggest 'Express' delivery, but didn't discover until order stage that the order wouldn't be dispatched until at least 8 days following the order. Courier (DPD) advised on delivery date but as nothing arrived, I contacted to speak to an advisor who was rude and couldn't give me any other advice other than 'it probably went out today'. Pretty much hung up on me. Have had much, much better service from competitors who I will be returning to.”

“Speed of delivery. Have not worn clogs yet with the bad weather but they arrived very squashed so that clog upper is buried against inner sole and, I am sure, they will be uncomfortable to wear. How can I =make the upper stay up, please?”

“Pleased with the process of ordering and the review. However, after wearing the item twice the letters and design started to peel off. I put this down to a bad batch and being unlucky. It took over 4 weeks for my new one to arrive after I complained. And yet again, I wore my new jacket twice and the design has started to peel off. Really poor quality and I'm very disappointed.”

“Dickies hoody sizing is way off, shoulder seams are half way down my arm and sleeve length are 4” longer than my arm. But yet the waist height is short. Embroidery positioning should have been made clearer, conveniently my logos at half way down my garments! Not a very positive first experience.”

“Very good coat. The rain just runs off it and was very useful against the strong winds. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the zip can be a bit fiddly”

“I have ordered lots of things with the usually very good Workwear Express over the years but it was my recent purchase experience that has caused this low rating. I ordered £120 of high vis clothing over two weeks ago and the order has yet to turn up. I was left waiting for 15 minutes on the customer service line only to eventually give up, and my email marked Urgent took over 24 hours to get a respond. They said they would send the order out the next day and I got an email from DPD confirming the next day delivery but for a second time, nothing arrived. I've only now been able to speak to a staff member after I called for sales and got transferred. I know the problem is DPD and when I finally got to speak to someone at Workwear Express they were professional and helpful, but the order was for a theatre show and the delay has had a significant impact on the production and my time and as a result I am very unhappy with DPD and the access to customer service Workwear Express has provided. I should not have to contact you three times in order to recieve my kit.”
