“The ordering and payment process were both really simple, via email and bank transfer. I was kept notified via email of the whole process and then delivered to my door free of charge. I would definitely recommend this company, not only for it excellent service and price, but also the quality of the goods. Thank you.”

“Poor customer service. Poor comm’s. Placed a note on my order to be told there was no note added & incorrect colours used on the design. This was WW Express’ 2nd chance with us. The first attempt was a jacket ordered as per the website size guidelines which when arrived, turned out to be labelled correctly, but at least 2 sizes too big. Then we were told it was within tolerances & sent back to us.”

“I ordered 4 pairs of Skopes Cyprus Trousers, when the delivery came through I had been sent Skopes Rysdale Trousers, I contacted customer services who asked me to send these back, once they had received these back they would send the correct trousers to me, three weeks later I had a delivery today which I hope was the correct trousers but they have sent me the Skopes Rysdale Trousers again.. NOT HAPPY...”
