“Website was misleading about delivery times, delivered order was missing an item and stitching on two items was of bad quality because someone made a mistake in using the correct colour, then stitched over the top with the right colour.”

“Sent for a pair of overalls to wear on a STEAM ENGINE driving day. Sadly this has been changed to a later date, so have not worn them yet. But they look the part and I am happy with the way Workwear Express delivered them to me in a short space of time. Once the people at Churnet Vally see them they will be asking where I purchased them. I will be proud to give them your details. Thanks all at Workwear Express.”

“Having ordered before and had a good experience, I was surprised to find, on this occasion, that the logo did not go through and the shirts were delivered without customisation. After a few days of trying to sort out the problem I got a feedback form and the response was very good. The missing logo was found and the shirts have now been sent with logos.”

“Good service, easy and quick to order. Embroidary was good quality and the order was processed speedily. I have only given 3 however because the print on my garment has come off after the 1st wash.”
