“After placing my order I received a phonecall advising that my item was not held locally due to the size of the item and would be obtained from the distributor resulting in a delay of 5-7 days. Was this acceptable and did I want to proceed. My order was delivered well within the advised timeframe so I have no hesitation in stating that Ibwas kept fully informed and delivery was well within my expectations. I would be more than happy to purchase from Wonderland Models again.”
