Purchase of item was fine. Query raised as Delivery was left in outside waste bin (which contained dog waste). Note on our door advised against this. Customer Service very poor. Too quick to pass the buck even though it was their customer. I will bear this in mind for future modelling purchases. Disinterested would be an exaggeration..

Nothing been delivered. Order was placed on Tues with a £4.99 postage cost. Sunday evening and just back from a model show. No goods, but a request for a review.

Arrived damaged and sloppy painwork. Damage was not caused by delivery company spent over £300 and wonderland are offering £25 discount! I'm not happy!

I ordered from wonderland because they said that the model was in Stock and had an overnight delivery service. This was despite the fact that other suppliers were quite considerably cheaper. However, the model didn't arrive for 6 days.

I have received a different battery (wrong connector) than what I have ordered. I have notified the seller immediately and their system confirmed receipt of my request for replacement, then nothing happened for over a week until I sent emails to customer services. I keep receiving a general, impersonal return instruction where I have to do all the heavy lifting and MAYBE I might get back some of the postage costs if they are happy with it. No information if the item will be replaced, refunded or nothing will happen. The communications seem to be automated and do not acknowledge this is because they have sent me the wrong item. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Wonderland Models.

We have emailed you both yesterday and today informing you that you may return any unwanted item for either credit or replacement within 14 days of receipt. We also provided you with the return address for your parcel. Thanks for your understanding.

I ordered from them and paid £4.95 for delivery by DPD to my place of work as usual. We are open from 7.30 to 5pm but I received an email saying they were unable to deliver the item at 15.17? It was delivered to a pick up point two miles away that I had never heard of - I have pointed out that I do not have transport, hence my preferred pick up which is just two hundred yards from work. Cut a long story short, after numerous emails, ten of which were totally ignored, to both Wonderland Models and DPD, the outcome seems to be “ that’s where it is, take it or leave it, go get it yourself”. Have asked for a refund, suffice to say we’ll have to wait and see, and this will be my last order. (Can’t post a picture cos I never received the item). Neither can I say if it was damaged - your guess is as good as mine.

Ordered several items for next day delivery, items did not turn up for four days and no communications to let me know some items were out of stock. Not happy.

Customer services does not exist. Timeline, placed order 23/1/2024 queried status 26//1/2024 informed awaiting restock of 1 item 26/1/2024 order shipped 3/2/2024 order received 6/2/2024 Apart from anything else, I paid for next day shipping, so to have three days between shipping and order recieved is abysmal. It would also help that if an item is out of stock and there will be a delay in fulfilling the order then the customer is informed, not left wondering what is the problem. Wonderland Models customer services are dreadful. This is not the first time I have had this problem but it is certainley the last. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. Just for your information I have found a company that not only has good customer relations, keeps you informed as to your order status, but is a minimum 10% cheeper with the same delivery charges, or if you are willing to wait 5 days, delivery is free curtesey of Parcel Force.

Hi George Thanks for your feedback. Apologies for the delay in despatching your order as we were waiting on a restock of one of the items on your order that had sold out overnight. Your order was collected on Saturday by DPD but they do not deliver at the weekend so your order was shipped on Monday on a next working day delivery which arrived on Tuesday as infoirmed. Both the toys have not arrived on time. I bought them specifically for a birthday . This day has gone, and neither of the toys have arrived. Massive disappointment. I had to quickly go and buy replacements. I want my money back!

They use a courier to deliver. My parcel arrived damaged. It looked as if it had been thrown around. The box inside was damaged, too. It was a present for my son, but I had to remove the cellophane so I could inspect the contents. I notified the company of this problem but did not get a reply.

Hi Janet, I'm very sorry to hear that your parcel has arrived damaged. We ship our parcels out packed and in a suitable sized box to stop any damage incurring during transit. If the courier have damaged the parcel in transit, we are obviously not happy with this. If you could supply us with pictures of the damage, we will try to resolve any issues you have with your online order with us, where possible. Kind regards, James.

Sorry to hear of this issue. Unfortunately the current regulations mean that the amount of explosive in the caps is much less than it used to be so they are no longer as loud as they were.

Item did not arrive within one working day even though I had paid for the express delivery service. When chased, their excuse was that the stock they had available had damaged boxes and were waiting for a fresh delivery. Customers should always be kept informed and I was not informed. I would like a refund of the express delivery postage please. Otherwise, the actual item was in good condition.

Terry I can see that you placed your order with us at 11:15am on Tuesday 4th July and that it was delivered by DPD the following day Wednesday 5th July at 13:45pm. DPD provided a photograph showing the delivery has been made so we hope you enjoy your making your Tamiya model. Thanks again for your business.

I still have not received my item yet so can not comment on the item, I paid for next-day delivery and it appears I will not receive the item before Monday, which will be day 5

Mr Leggatt, I have checked the details and you placed the order at about 3:00pm on the 28th which is after the 2:00pm deadline for next day delivery. We despatched the parcel on the 29th and DPD tried to delvier on the 30th by were unable to do so due to a road closure. They sent you an electronic "calling card" to let you know of the delay and the parcel is now scheduled for delivery on Monday 3rd.

Arrived quickly but advertised and invoiced as1/72when in fact it was in 1/48. Get your act together.
