Figure sent to the wrong address photo of the parcel at wrong address verified by wonderland models on Google maps numerous emails and phone calls lf I don't receive a claim form from delivery company of which I haven't then tough luck three weeks of hassel one lost christmass present and lesson learned never again shame on you

Although DPD delivered the vast majority of parcels correctly before Christmas, there is the occasional one that will go awry and we take all such cases seriously. DPD are investigating and you will not be left out of pocket at the end of the process. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Box left outside back door without notification. As a result soaked causing some damage to box. Contents seem ok. Too near Christmas to return.

Paid extra for next day delivery but had to wait for nearly a week for items to arrive. Out of stock items not an excuse, used to use Killin Models who always delivered on time regardless, won’t be using Wonderland again.

I was looking for a new battery. Found it in wonderland marked as in stock. We needed it urgently for the next day as we were at a new customer the following day. Paid extra for guaranteed next day. Took 3 weeks for the battery to arrive with no explanation or update untill i complained. Totally useless. Will never use wonderland again.

The 100 shot caps were absolute garbage, barely any of them worked, and the few that did were pathetic. Total waste of money. I've used these caps bought elsewhere many times before and they've always worked as intended, their ones are obviously faulty and have deteriorated. it's shocking that they even sell this kind of junk. When I reached out for help, customer service was useless with no apology or refund and completely uninterested in fixing their own mistake. Instead they tell me the caps are just supposed to make a puff of smoke with no noise but they didn't even do that. This company clearly doesn’t care about quality or their customers. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere. For the sake of a £5.98 refund they rather receive a scathing but true review. I also bought other items in the same order totaling £30 which were fine. The bank will now be dealing with this to get my £5.98 back. It's a small amount of money but it's the principle, I don't like getting scammed.

Cap Gun Caps DB Rating Dear Customer Following EU regulations the db noise rating is now much lower on all caps and as a result the noise is much less. See the enclosed article. Hi Andrew. All DPD parcels, no matter where the delivery address is, are sent to a central depot near Birmingham for sorting. Due to an incident which closed the M6 last week, DPD had a backlog in their network which resulted in some delays. We apologise for this- your order is due for delivery today.

I gave Wonderland a second chance after some previously awful customer service but they let me down again by selling me a kit that they did not have in stock. Needless to say they will not get a third chance from me. Almost 50% of their reviews are 1 star and that should tell you all you need to know.

While the company did fulfil the order and communicate well with me, there communication was both Curt and Brusk, hardly conducive to dealing with them again. However the major problem is their chosen delivery service, despite being asked to drop the parcel off with my neighbour, and DPD's local delivery centre being 600metres from my home, they have dropped my delivery at their ' local ' delivery collection point, 6.3 MILES away, incurring a 12.6mile trio to collect my goods!!!

We can see that DPD twice tried to deliver your parcel but there was no one at home. When this happens they then take the parcel to the local collection point. Thanks for your understanding.

I recently ordered some specialist fine drill bits. I paid extra for a "next day" delivery. After 3 days of waiting I called Wonderland Models to be told, some of the bits were not in stock and would be in tomorrow. There was nothing showing to tell me they were out of stock. The assistant didnt seem bothered that id paid extra for a 24hr delivery but he did say i would get theextra delivery charge refunded (£3). I still had to pay std delivery even though the drill bits eventually arrived almost a week after id ordered them. Had i haveknown they were put of stock when i ordered, id have gone elsewhere! Shocking service and no appology or even a "free" delivery as a gesture of goodwill. I used Wonderland Models to keep a small business "going" as opposed to the big boys such as Amazon...maybe i will revert to Amazon and be gauranteed a next day deli ery next time?

Express shipping paid for, which apparently means item will be posted 6 days later. There was no communication regarding why there was a delay in posting. If you're not fussed with customer service then use this business, item was as described and packaged well.

Unfortunately the Caesar models which are marked on th box as 1/72 are much smaller and I cannot use them, It's not your fault, the size is clearly marked on the box but I thought it would be good for you to know.

my last order was placed on dec 26, dispatched on 31 dec. I was forced to pay express delivery, still no idea when it will arrive. my opinion of wongerland models is no discusting. I cannot answere the questions on this form because it ha NOT arrived

The item is teribble you have to glue it together to be honest its worth about 15£ then have to buy battery packs that you cannot prder and only able to buy in shop best bet is go to a modal shop locally and buy the whole thing the wings are made from bolsa wood basically leave will alone
