Mr Hadnutt - sorry about this. We can see that the parcel was safely delivered. Customer's e-mail and/or mobile phone number information is automatically supplied to DPD so they can provide the customer with delivery timings. Normally you should receive notification of their intention to deliver the evening before. This allows you to make the necessary arrangements or amendment to the delivery date. On the day of delivery DPD provide a one-hour delivery time slot once your driver's round has been finalised. I have checked the details on your order and the e-mail address looks correct. Is it possible that the e-mails were diverted as Junk or Spam. Our apologies.

“I was a disapointed, that you opened the Tamiya P-38 F/G Lightning box (worth £53.99), and jammed in the 7 Humbrol Acrylic paints and the side cutters. Although you put bubble wrap on the paints, the cutters was in its own wrapping. The box was designed for the kit only and not that extra volume and risked damage. At £7.99 for postage you should have used a bigger box and packed them in it separately.”

“Poor instructions and not the best on extras needed Delivery was shocking drive made out he called and left a card in my letter box a complete lie If that’s the only delivery agent used I would not be buying again Not a lot of a model for the money Wrapped very well”

Mr Tucker, Glad to hear that you got the parcel and sorry for any confusion regarding the first attempt at delivery. We have checked the tracking for the first attempt and the GPS places the driver outside your property and the Point of Delivery image shows the intercom panel at the door.

“Ordered 2 items confirmed but only one in stock. Delivery of the one item was good and charged only for the item delivered. Managed to find the second item elsewhere.”

“Mainly goog but I had ordered all enamel paints but they must have been out of stock of one so they sent an aqua colour in replacement but I needed to mix this colout with another enamel 50'50 which I can't do now because enamel and aqua don't mix”

Thank you for your review. We've had a look at this and the order was picked correctly - you ordered one acrylic in amongst the enamel paints. We would always contact the customer before substituting an item in this way.

“Great service for just a couple of small bottles of paint, good communication and reasonable costs - both product and postage. Just a shame that I needed to buy these because the paints supplied with the model were found to be dried - out, could not be thinned and could not be used.”

“I paid for next day delivery, but the item was out of stock so came in the following week. I was told it was shipped “the next day after it was in stock” which isn’t the same thing at all. Apart from feeling overcharged for postage, and not getting the item when I expected it, the service was generally ok, and when the item arrived it was packaged well.”

“Unfortunately, the model arrived damaged - trigger spring was in the wrong position. My son eventually mended it with a flat head screwdriver and some oil. Please check/test the guns are all working smoothly before sending out.”

Sorry to hear of the misaligned trigger spring on your cap gun. These come to us sealed in their boxes so it would be difficult to check each one, but we are always happy to rectify any faults that may arise. Glad to hear you were able to sort the issue in this case.

“Item still not received - I ordered on Saturday and paid what I would consider a large amount to get the item delivered on time before a family birthday. The last message from yourselves said I would get a tracking number - I am still waiting for it. So disappointed.”

“You're asking me to review an item that not only have I not received but do not know when I'm likely to receive. Originally it was reported as "Shipped" only to subsequently be change to "Awaiting Fulfillment" I note the the model is still listed for sale.”

“Placed my first order for three items only to be told the next day that two of them were out of stock, despite them still showing as 'available for next day delivery' for days after. The items were sent promptly once restocked but it doesn't inspire confidence when ordering that the items you want are actually available as described.”
