“Poor instructions and not the best on extras needed Delivery was shocking drive made out he called and left a card in my letter box a complete lie If that’s the only delivery agent used I would not be buying again Not a lot of a model for the money Wrapped very well”

Mr Tucker, Glad to hear that you got the parcel and sorry for any confusion regarding the first attempt at delivery. We have checked the tracking for the first attempt and the GPS places the driver outside your property and the Point of Delivery image shows the intercom panel at the door.

“Can't fault the service received from staff, who were really helpful. Bought 2 cap guns, design and quality of both are great in general. One of them is inconsistent when it comes ot firing but this does seem to happen with cap guns. Would recommend Wonderland Models.”
