“I am very pleased with the model kit You are important to God Prayer before battle ICM 35616! However I am most displeased with The delivery process with DPD. On the day it was scheduled to be delivered by Muhammed we were give an hour time frame then told we were 30 minutes till delivery then we were next and then not having received the parcel or seen a courier we were told the driver would not be delivering thge parcel that day. The next day we had a repeat performance!! Then chose to be delivered to Virans. On the day I attended Virans but they could not locate parcel. I returned to the store later and the store clerk found the parcel after I showed him the scanned image of the parcel. What a run around and waste of my time. I would strongly suggest that you STOP usin DPD for sending parcels.”
