“Having visited your shop on the 2 occasions I've visited Edinburgh and your booth in Telford is my first priority I knew you were the right people for my problem your staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpfull enabling me to get a broken RC tank running I will be back for the same package foe another RC tank missing those parts”

“Very dissapointed with delivery as I paid for next day delivery and it has not been delivered yet . I ordered on the 22nd August and it is now 27th August. Have yet to see the model I purchased so cannot comment yet.”

Hi Paul Thanks for your review. I can see that you placed your order after 6pm on Friday 23rd August when we were closed for the day. We processed your order when we reopened on Saturday 24th in the morning and it was collected by our courier DPD that day. The slight delay was caused by the Bank Holiday weekend when the courier were not delivering on the Monday so it was delivered successfully on the Tuesday at 5pm. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

“You contacted me to ask if was OK to send the kit because there was a tear in the box. This didn't matter to me and I received the kit on bank holiday Sunday. Ordered on Friday BTW fantastic service thank you .”
