“Model was ordered and Wonderland processed the order, dispatched it through Dpd who delivered it after communicating to let me know when. Although I haven’t made the model yet I have been nothing but impressed by the quality of service from start to finish. Definitely would order through Wonderland again. The DPD driver ‘Prince’ was also polite and professional.”

“I payed for "overnight delivery" on my first order, when it didn't arrive, I was told that I'd placed it too late in the day to qualify, fair enough! but no refund. My second order I was told was out of stock, so had to wait again, so I placed another order: this failed as DPD wouldn't leave it despite there being an A4 size notice saying "All deliveries to be left in the portch", DPD sent a text with a long URL on it which since I do not possess a smart phone, made little sense to me, then repeated the proceedure 3 days later. My latest order, sent at 9am to get the "overnight delivery" resulted in an e-mail stating that one model was out of stock (at the time of writing) shows "in stock" on the web site and the order: 1x 1:72 chinook @£33.99, 1x 1:72 vulcan @ £74.99, 4x humbrol enamels @ £2.89, 2x Revell enamels @ £2.99 and 2x Tamiya enamels @ £2.25,totalling £131.02 + £7.99 shipping, So the whole order would be delayed for about a week. How do you imagine I'm feeling?”

“I have bought RC cars Models and every item has been of the highest quality. The delivery timescale in unbelievable. Would love to actually visit the shop, ( but my wife says my bank account couldn't handle it 🤷 ) Amazing stock variety and availability, and thats what counts !!”

“Poor instructions and not the best on extras needed Delivery was shocking drive made out he called and left a card in my letter box a complete lie If that’s the only delivery agent used I would not be buying again Not a lot of a model for the money Wrapped very well”

Mr Tucker, Glad to hear that you got the parcel and sorry for any confusion regarding the first attempt at delivery. We have checked the tracking for the first attempt and the GPS places the driver outside your property and the Point of Delivery image shows the intercom panel at the door.
