“I have ordered from Wonderland Models a few times over the last few years and it is always the first place I look online when looking to make a purchase. Always has what I want, very reasonable prices and always dispatched quickly. Really wish I lived closer as I would love to visit the physical shop in person. Not enough model shops around any more but this one for me looks like one of the best around. Keep going guys, and I’ll keep coming back.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery but had to wait for nearly a week for items to arrive. Out of stock items not an excuse, used to use Killin Models who always delivered on time regardless, won’t be using Wonderland again.”

“I was looking for a new battery. Found it in wonderland marked as in stock. We needed it urgently for the next day as we were at a new customer the following day. Paid extra for guaranteed next day. Took 3 weeks for the battery to arrive with no explanation or update untill i complained. Totally useless. Will never use wonderland again.”

“Ordered for sons Christmas - friends son has same model so no concerns it will do what he wants it to. Very easy to order, initially ordered another colour but they called to explain was out of stock and offer alternatives. Arrived very quickly, well packaged. Would happily buy from them again!”

“Fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great communications and fast delivery when models came back into stock( this was a Christmas courier problem which was explained to me )so l didn’t get next day delivery which was paid for but it was sent out as soon as it was back in stock. Highly recommended. Thanks”
