“Usually excellent but let down this time by DPD who deliver around here when they feel like it. Two stars for the good intentions and quick response to the order but since I have not yet received the goods, I can’t be more positive. £4.99 seems a steep delivery charge for DPD’s service but it’s only money…”

“I can't rate anything at the moment as I have not received my order yet but when I do hopefully receive it I will leave a review. So far I've not been updated when delivery will be but I did pay extra for delivery that should have been Monday 8th but I am still waiting.”

Hi Philippa. Your order is out for delivery today. We use a next working day service from DPD, and orders dispatched over the weekend are generally delivered on the Tuesday, although DPD do endeavour to deliver sooner if they can.

Hi Andrew. All DPD parcels, no matter where the delivery address is, are sent to a central depot near Birmingham for sorting. Due to an incident which closed the M6 last week, DPD had a backlog in their network which resulted in some delays. We apologise for this- your order is due for delivery today.
