“First time ordering from them, I emailed them with a question about delivery, answered straight away. Good communication. Order delivered on time, very well packaged. Would buy from them again.”

“I've bought your Chieftain tank model, (which many moons ago I drove round Germany) and which I was very impressed with. Everything was to my satisfaction. I also bought your CARRO AMARTO M13 with which I was less satisfied. I hadn't expected it to be quite so small - it was billled as 1/35 - and I found the profusion of small parts difficult to handle as well as some parts missing from the instructions, an extra unexpected figure as well as a spare limb/head. Which ws a pity since I had intended to buy three more 20th century tank models (German, Russian and America) - from different periods. I'm now reviewing the position. Regards, John Muir”

“I ordered my kits they gave me a tracking number so I knew when it would be delivered. The kits arrived the package was in excellent condition and all there the delivery was 2 days after I ordered a good service”

“Good service but not enough communication to the buyer. I had only received one email to confirm my order. Then a follow up text to say my model was being delivered. In between the email and text over 7 days I was not notified in anyway to say that the model was out of stock. After 2 phone calls I was then told it was out of stock and would be delivered to me once it was back in stock. Also on my order it did say that you was awaiting payment and I would be notified when the payment had gone through only I never received confirmation of payment going through either. Every time I checked on the website it still showed awaiting payment. I paid the same day as I ordered from your website but no emails to confirm this. I also tried live chat but it took ages for someone to get back me but still never told me if payment had gone through or that model was not in stock. Tried all 3 methods of .live chat. Email.and telephone.”

“My grandson loves his present and it arrived quickly. The only negative thing and why I haven’t given it 5 stars is that there wasn’t any caps with it so my grandson couldn’t actually use it on Xmas day”

“Very pleased with the Papo figures from Wonderland, good quality and well packed, but postage is expensive. If there were more options to pay less delivery charges and wait longer I would buy more from the Company.”

“They claim next day delivery for £76.99. However that next day delivery is after dispatch. Dispatch can be anything up to 48hrs which defeats the original claim.”
