“I have no issue at all with Wonderland Models, as their on-line ordering is very quick and efficient, with a speedy turn-around time. However, their choice of DPD as their courier lets them down badly. My oder was due for delivery on a Friday evening. I received notification around the time the delivery was due that my items were being returned to the DPD depot and wouldn't be delivered until the Monday. This is not the 1st time that I have had this situation with the same DPD courier. He either is being overloaded and cannot complete the drops on his manifest, or when it gets to a certain point in the day, he decides that he isn't going to deliver any more items. As I say, no reflection on Wonderland, but if the courier can't or won't deliver on the promised date, a serious conversation is required with DPD.”

“I bought some kites for my daughter and son in law's birthdays. They are amazing and the whole family had so much fun flying them in The New Forest. I am in Canada so got to see some amazing photos and film clips. Moreover, the delivery and processing of my order was fast and efficient. Thank you.”

“I gave Wonderland a second chance after some previously awful customer service but they let me down again by selling me a kit that they did not have in stock. Needless to say they will not get a third chance from me. Almost 50% of their reviews are 1 star and that should tell you all you need to know.”
