“The models feel 'stony' I prefer the Schleich toy models in comparison. The delivery charges were also not the fairest in my opinion.”

“Amazing customer service- particularly during the busy Christmas period. One item I ordered was out of stock, but they called me shortly after I placed the order, suggested an alternative and it still shipped the same day. You don’t find this level of customer service in many places anymore.”
