“I had trouble processing a large order and spent around 15-20mins on the phone to an older gentleman who assisted me. This in itself was fine however. After processing the order and accepting payment I was called by who I thought was the same man but assured me he wasn’t, who stated they they did not have the majority of my order. There are many frustrating factors with this. First I’m out of pocket as they took the full payment. Second your system accepted an order that they could not fulfill and lastly I had to transfer funds into another account as you wouldn’t accept my first card. Lastly I have no idea where the funds are or when I expect to receive them. Your company was happy to take my money but haven’t sent an email or called to let me know when they expect to return it. I’m disappointed to say the least.”

Thank you for your comments. These Lego Minifigures were a very popular new release. Stock was selling fast and by the time we received your order we had a limited number of full boxes left. As agreed with you on the phone, we amended the order to send what we did have and you were only charged for what we sent. The remainder of the payment is automatically released back into your account after a short time. We appreciate your understanding and are glad your order has been delivered safe and well.
