Mothers day flowers were nice. Birthday flowers were very small and sparse however, poor value for money.

Thank you for your email review, please accept my sincere apologies that you felt your last order was not value for money, I have looked into your order and its content, with a few variety changes it would have increased the visual size and would have perceived greater value. I therefore apologise that in this instance we used varieties that were more expensive subsequently reducing the volume and perceived value of your gift. Flowers were ok.. not what I expected for £30 looked more like £20 bunch....and I was charged 6.99 for deliver to somewhere that was literally 30 seconds from the shop which I find crazy. Not great value for money at all

The Xmas sleigh - it was very good and lasted well into January. I ordered and paid for a large one having been shown at the shop the size I could expect. My first comment to the delivery person was 'Is that the large version?' Clearly he could not have been expected to know but concluded immediately that I received the smallest version!

Thank you for your valued review, the visual difference that identified the two sizes was 2 roses instead of one in the standard. I live in the US but have family in Edinburgh, so want a reliable florist to deliver for special occasions and have used Williamson's several times. I don't think the on-line system is very good. It doesn't remember addresses for people I've sent to. It also sends you to some other place for payment. Not very user friendly. But they've always delivered the right product at the right time, so I continue to choose them as a supplier.

Thanks for highlighting your frustration with regards the address book. Whilst of little comfort to yourself at this time we have been discussing this functionality recently and intend to revisit (saving addresses was intentionally disabled). We also take on-board your comments regarding off-site payment.

Whilst of little comfort to yourself at this time we have been discussing this functionality recently and intend to revisit (saving addresses was intentionally disabled). Your comments will certainly inform us during the decision process of whether to re-enable.
