“Ordered two online bouquets over the Christmas Period. Ordering was easy, and the bouquets were delivered on time and were excellent. All round great performance.”

“Prompt and pleasant service, did what was asked and flowers all very much appreciated – good job! Only suggestion I would make is that customers send you their messages to go with the flowers digitally rather than reading them out over the phone, as twice I have noticed spelling errors on my orders. Not a big complaint though, just a suggestion.”

“I wanted to order four Christmas bouquets but was having trouble doing this on-line. I called to give my order over the phone and was helped by a really pleasant young man who went out of his way to make sure my order was fulfilled successfully. The recipients of the flowers were delighted with the flowers and chocolates they received so well done Williamson's!.”

“I placed an order by phone with your Edinburgh corstorphine branch at 12.15 as I couldn't access the webpage. I was to,d my order would be delivered later that afternoon. The flowers were delivered just before 1.00 pm. Fantastic service. This isn't the first time that I've ordered and the order has been delivered well before the estimated time given. Thanks”
